Delivery terms and conditions

 

Delivery costs are based on your location and the volume of product you are ordering. The carriage cost is calculated during checkout based on what is in your shopping basket but you can get the value before checkout using the delivery charge calculator on the shopping cart page.

Standard shipments will be subject to our lead time visible at the checkout. Please note this can fluctuate inline with demand. If you need them faster we can usually accommodate but there would be an additional shipping charge to reflect the faster service.

Delivery for 1-30 Boxes (15m2) is £60.00

Delivery for 31 boxes and over is £0.00

Delivery for Accessories are charged at £10.74 per Accessorie

Delivery dates are not guaranteed and no acceptance of liability for delays due to late delivery can be accepted. We use 3rd party nationwide pallet haulage and courier companies for our deliveries and from time to time delays due to instances out of our control such as adverse weather, road closures, accidents, and traffic may occur and delay your delivery, we will not be held liable for any consequential losses you may incur from any delays on your order.

Best practise dictates that you should always have the materials on site before booking a tradesman or making other arrangements for the installation process, this way should your shipment be delayed, it will reduce the risk of any inconvenience.

General Delivery terms and conditions Advice

Deliveries come by means of a rigid vehicle with tail lift and onboard manual pallet truck. Truck sizes can vary from 18 – 28 tonne trucks and if you think this may be too large you should inform us so we can discuss it with you. Please note we are unable to deliver to any address that have restrictions on HGV’s, weight limits or loading/unloading hours, please contact us first prior to placing your order.

Our deliveries are classed as Kerbside deliveries , we and our delivery companies are not insured to enter your property, we will always endeavour to deliver your goods to the nearest hardstanding point to your property, in some circumstances this may not be possible (restricted access streets, loading restrictions, narrow or one way streets, if you live in a block of flats or a property not accessible by our vehicles.

If you have a gravel drive you should understand that it is impossible to remove heavy consignments by means of a tail lift and pallet truck. If you have a gravel drive you may have to split the consignment and remove them by hand from the truck or the driver may have to leave the pallet on the nearest hard standing for you to split and carry at your convenience. The Pallet trucks can only operate on a flat smooth surface such as tarmac or concrete. It is not the drivers job to carry goods for you and whilst they may try to accommodate they are not obliged to do so.

All deliveries require a signature . You will need to be present at the time off delivery to sign for your delivery, if nobody is present and the driver delivers your goods without a signature, they will not be able to return to move the delivery if it is in the wrong location.

CANCELLATION AND RETURN

You may wish to cancel a purchase, we accept returns if we were notified within 7 working days of receipt of goods except when:

  • the products have been custom manufactured for you (i.e. custom sizes, finishes etc)
  • You have had a sample of the product prior to purchase
  • You wish to return liquids or powders – we do not accept returns for these under any circumstances.

You must email with details of the returns you wish to make within the 7 working days from the point of receipt and we will refund you the value of returned saleable goods (20% handling charge apply). However, you will be liable for the cost of all shipping including the outgoing and return journey.

When returning goods to us you must ensure they are adequately protected to ensure they are not damaged on the return journey otherwise the damaged goods value will be deducted from your refund.It is the customers responsibility to ensure the goods are received in good condition.

If the goods are damaged on receipt you should:

  • photograph the goods in their original packaging and email us as soon as possible
  • mark it on the delivery paper work that the driver asks you to sign

All refunds will be transferred within 30 days from receipt of the returned items.
