External Brick Slip Tracking Cladding Panel

Brick Slip Tracking System for use with Modular, ICF, timber frame and Traditional Build, for large scale applications to speed up the installation of the project.

Our Brick Slip Tracking panel is used primarily as a fire rated brick slip tracker panel or building fire block board once installed brick slips are then fitted. Used extensively on both steel frame and timber frame structures as well as traditional buildings, Our system can be used with all types of façade solutions, with a fire rating of 60 mins with all of our 12mm panels.

Our brick slip tracking panels are 1155mm High x 1200mm Wide x 12mm Thick and are suitable for all of our facing brick slips.

Fixing method

The two fixing methods for our cladding boards are;

• Boards can be bonded to the substrate using Slip-Fix Adhesive

This method is suitable for boarding over existing brick and blockwork, and is especially beneficial when the substrate is uneven, as this allows you to create a perfectly level surface for your brick slips.

• Boards can be mechanically fixed using 36mm stainless steel washer and screws (available at all good DIY stores)

This method is suitable for use on timber framed houses, sheds, garages, SIPS panels. They can be screwed directly to either timber of steel battens.
