The diagram below lays out where we do and do not deliver our range of brick slips. We deliver across England and Wales and some southern areas of Scotland. Unfortunately due to carriage charges we are unable to deliver our brick slips to N.I, British Isles and Most of Scotland. Our standard delivery fee for our brick slips is £60 and are delivered via pallet. Orders of 15m2 or more are delivered free of charge. Our general delivery times for full orders are 5-7 working days. Working days exclude bank holidays and weekends. Please read below for more regarding our delivery terms and conditions.
Collections
We do offer collection for our range of brick slips for all of our customers, if you wish to collect, all collections are done from the following address: Daneshill Road, Lound, Retford, DN22 8RB. If you are looking to place an order for brick slips with the intention of collection, you would need to first contact customer service either via live chat, phone or email. A customer service representative will give you a code to use when you checkout. Once your order is placed you would need to wait for us to email you to advise when your brick slips are ready to collect.
Samples
Samples are delivered via parcel courier namely DHL. We do not charge for delivery of our samples, this is completely free. If you are/can not be in to take your delivery the courier at their own discretion can leave the samples in a safe place ,

Kerbside delivery is what we offer for brick slips, all of our brick slip orders are delivered on a pallet measuring 1.2m x 1.2m. They will be delivered by an articulated lorry with a tail lift. The delivery driver will then use a pallet jack to get it as close to your property as possible. With this in mind the pallet truck can not go up or down kerbs which is why in most cases the pallet containing your brick slips is delivered to the edge of the kerb.
If you have a drop kerb and solid driveway (not gravel or clippings) the driver may at his discretion manure the pallet on to your driveway, please note this is not a guarantee and the driver is not insured to remove the brick slips from the pallet and carry them for you. Delivery dates are not guaranteed and no acceptance of liability for delays due to late delivery of your brick slips can be accepted. We use 3rd party nationwide pallet haulage and courier companies for our deliveries and from time to time delays due to instances out of our control such as adverse weather, road closures, accidents, and traffic may occur and delay your delivery, we will not be held liable for any consequential losses you may incur from any delays in regards to your order.
Best practise dictates that you should always have the brick slips and other materials on site before booking a tradesman or making other arrangements for the installation process, this way should your brick slips be delayed, it will reduce the risk of any inconvenience.
Our deliveries are classed as Kerbside deliveries , we and our delivery companies are not insured to enter your property, we will always endeavour to deliver your brick slips to the nearest hardstanding point to your property, in some circumstances this may not be possible (restricted access streets, loading restrictions, narrow or one way streets, if you live in a block of flats or a property not accessible by our vehicles.
If you have a gravel drive you should understand that it is impossible to remove heavy consignments by means of a tail lift and pallet truck. If you have a gravel drive you may have to split the consignment and remove them by hand from the truck or the driver may have to leave the pallet on the nearest hard standing for you to split and carry at your convenience. The Pallet trucks can only operate on a flat smooth surface such as tarmac or concrete. It is not the drivers job to carry goods for you and whilst they may try to accommodate they are not obliged to do so.
All deliveries require a signature . You will need to be present at the time off delivery to sign for your delivery, if nobody is present and the driver delivers your brick slips without a signature, they will not be able to return to move the delivery if it is in the wrong location.
You may wish to cancel a purchase, we accept returns if we were notified within 7 working days of receipt of goods except when:
You must email with details of the returns you wish to make within the 7 working days from the point of receipt and we will refund you the value of returned saleable goods (20% handling charge apply). However, you will be liable for the cost of all shipping including the outgoing and return journey.
When returning goods to us you must ensure they are adequately protected to ensure they are not damaged on the return journey otherwise the damaged goods value will be deducted from your refund.It is the customers responsibility to ensure the goods are received in good condition.

Delivery for full orders of our brick slips is 5-7 working days. All of our orders are made to order. Once your order has been completed they will be sent for a next working day delivery and we will email you with your tracking number.
Samples are delivered in around 3-5 working days, samples are delivered via parcel courier.
Yes, once your order has completed with us and been collected by our chosen couriers, you will receive an email that will include a tracking reference number. You can use this to track your order.
What To Do If My Delivery Does Not Arrive
If you have received your tracking number and on the day of the anticipated delivery, your products do not arrive we advise you to call the carrier directly with your order number and postcode, they can then look in to the order for you and find out where your order is.

We do not currently charge for our sample brick slips nor do we charge to have them delivered. Sample delivery is completely free of charge.
Delivery Price For Accessories
We send our accessories via parcel courier this can include things such as brick slip spacers, brick slip sealer, brick slip adhesive and mortar etc. We charge this at £10.84 per item.
We charge £60 as a standard delivery charge this price is based on anything from 1 box to 29 boxes of brick slips. This is the pallet delivery price.
For orders of 29 or more boxes of brick slips delivery is FREE
