Then you have to go through the hassle of filling out a returns label.Following that you’ve got to organise for the products to be sent back and then wait for what feels like forever for your refund to be processed. It’s an unnecessarily long and stressful situation for all parties involved.
So we offer free of charge brick slip samples to encourage people to get a look and feel for what they are buying first! There’s no obligation to make any purchase after you receive your samples so its completely for the customers benefit!
This allows you to make an informed decision on the correct brick slip tile for your project, saving you alot of hassle in the process, as their is nothing worse than designing a stunning brick fireplace or stove to have a brick backing you dont love equally.
Although we give them away for free, it does cost us to make them. Each panel costs us an average of £14 to make. This doesn’t include the cost of postage.
As explained in the paragraph above, we do this for the customers benefit. However, as each one is costing £14 to make, each customer is limited to only 4 sample panels so choose wisely!
Please note that it is the customer that is limited to 4 as well as the order. So trying to sneak more than four in across multiple orders will not work!

No! Once you order and receive your brick slip samples they are yours to keep. Some people keep them and use their sample panels to create a display. Others are very resourceful and use the slips from the sample board in their final project.
It is an unfortunate truth that all of your brick slips may not arrive in the condition you had first hoped. Although we are willing to replace any damaged slips free of charge, if there is only a few damaged why not use the ones you received on your sample panel?
Our brick slip samples are made in a way that, as long as you are careful, you can remove the slips from the board and use them. The best tool for removing your brick slip samples is would be either the trowel on our website or a stainless steel spatula available from most DIY stores.
