What Is Brick Cladding And How Can It Be Used

Brick Cladding is the term alternative term used for brick tiles or brick slips. It is a product used to clad the inside or outside of the home. Brick Cladding is a thin, lightweight cladding material made to look like traditional brick work. It is often used as a decorative element in interior or exterior design, as it provides the appearance of a brick wall without the weight and cost associated with traditional brick construction.

Our Brick Cladding is commonly used for areas such as log burners, chimney breasts and kitchen splash back to name but just a few. Brick Cladding  can be made from a variety of materials, including clay, concrete, and even natural stone, and are available in a range of colours and textures to suit different design styles. Our brick cladding is as authentic as it can get with all of our product being cut from actual brick.

Brick Cladding is used for many different reasons. We find the most popular being the use of creating a feature wall. The construction of our brick cladding is from cutting the face of a real clay brick. This allows for a completely authentic brick finish as opposed to cheaper alternatives such as casting brick cladding from concrete or plaster.

The interpretation of what is Brick Cladding really depends on the manufacturer but, Slips From Stock pride themselves on only offering the highest quality brick tile products. Therefore we select all of our bricks by hand, cut them and quality control them ourselves to ensure what your getting perfectly resembles a brick wall.
